1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Used, damaged, or altered products.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@trendytouch.com with:
Your order number
Product name
Reason for refund
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will be issued via mobile banking or store credit.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
5. Note
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet the above criteria.
